2266114 - How is the Collaborative Score calculated & Engagement calculated in an SAP Jam Group Dashoard?

Firstly, what is the Dashboard? The Dashboard, accessable to Group administrators can be found on the left side menu of a Group and is a usage dashboard that displays details for various activities within a group or subgroup, from the previous four weeks to the previous 12 months.

In the Dashboard there is a section entitled 'Collaboration Score'. How is this score calculated?

In the "Collaboration Score" tile, a normalized score between 0 and 100 indicates the average score for active group participation in the current selected time frame. Activities include views, likes, replies, and content uploads. The highest collaboration score is 100; all other scores are relative to this number.

Engagement means someone actively viewing, commenting, liking, and adding content.  The computation is normalized by group size, meaning in the case of a large group, the system expects a majority portion of the group to engage to get a reasonable score.
