Resolution

This limitation has been escalated to R&D to and support for larger screen sizes and DPS settings as an Enhancement Request.

For now allow the user to resize the Form whcih does cause the page to be centered.

Depending on the fix depends on when it will be released - likely too late for SP 16 now.
