The Budget does not get updated when the Move Employee Funcltionalty is used with out Moving Budget.
Once the employee is moved, the budget does not get moved even if the worksheets are Mass Updated.
Reproducing the Issue
1. use Move Employees functionality to move Employee X from Form A to Form B
2. While moving, DO NOT check the box "Move Budget as well"
3. The Budget does not get moved and stays the same in both the Forms
The Budget would not move even after using update a specific worksheet or update all worksheets with Update Budgets checked.
The budget left is associated with the users that are left in the worksheet.
During an update worksheet, the budget re-calc is just recalculating it for the existing users on the worksheet.
The left over budget won't be updated, because it is customer's intention to leave the budget there, we need to honor that.
This is expected behavior.
If the users want to move the budget after moving the employees, the easiest way to fix would be to Re-Launch the forms.
