When trying to view a report distributor download from the reporting menu in the Online Report Designer, a pop window with the Workforce Analytics & Planning Customer Login page displays (as below).

Reproducing the Issue
Only reproducible on the affected users computer.
Try a different browser.
Log into SuccessFactors on another computer and see if the same download is able to be accessed. If you can download and view successfully then try to match the browser settings from that computer to the affected user.
