2261956 - Enhancement on Time in Company/Department/Location Pay Scale Level in Job Information Portlet

Symptom

The below fields display the “Time In Calculation” for Employees in Job Information Portlet

  1. Time in Company
  2. Time in Location
  3. Time in Department
  4. Time in Pay Scale Level 
  5. Time in Job

To make these fields visible on the UI,

a) configure them in Succession Data Model in hris-element jobInfo: in Provisioning

b) set the permissions for these fields in Admin Center as (only “View Current” and “View History”),

c)  "Manage Scheduled Jobs" with the name: "Initialize additional entry date fields in job info" in Provisioning

d) Start this job in Provisioning and check in UI that the fields are set correctly.

This is a new enhancement. Only configuration and permissions are required.

Resolution

This is a new enhancement. Only configuration and permissions are required. Make sure for Time in Job, job-code field needs to be filled for the value to poulate in the instance.
