Candidates trying to apply to jobs posted on Recruiting Marketing pages receive the following error message:
"The requested operation is not available. This problem is due to the following reason(s): You are not authorized to access the functionality you have requested."
SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) - All versions integrated with RCM
Reproducing the Issue
1) Go to the customer's Recruiting Marketing career site
2) Click on a job
3) Click on "Apply now"
4) Log in or create a new profile
5) Candidates receive the application error message
This error was caused by an environment issue in the SuccessFactors Talent BizX side, affecting Recruiting Management integration with Recruiting Marketing.
This environment issue was fixed by our Engineering team on June 17th, 2015, in an emergency patch release. Engineering tickets RCM-27894 and CR-7520 are related to this issue.
