Symptom

Corporate Structure not mapping from RCM to ONB

Cause

Value being sent from RCM does not exist as a Client ID in Corporate Structure in Onboarding

Resolution

  1. Go to Super admin site
  2. Find the keys which are used for corporate structure
  3. Check that the keys which are related with level code (Client ID) are included in the integration between RCM and ONB
  4. Check that the keys have mapping in Setup Onboarding Integration
  5. Go to Super admin site
  6. Check that a candidate's import file contains a value for the keys and it is not empty
  7. Go to Onboarding 
  8. Go to Reference Files
  9. Go to Corporate Structure
  10. Check that the value passed from RCM to ONB exists as a Client ID under the revelant corporate structure level.

E.g Value passed from RCM to ONB was "Information Technology (IT)" for Division and this exists as a Client ID in corporate structure so mapped to the panel correctly.
