2254571 - System Requires Unique Email Addresses for LMS users


When trying to save a duplicate email address in a LMS user record, system shows error message "The email address {{0}} must be unique."




Reproducing the Issue

1/ Login as LMS admin user, open a user record,

2/ Input a email address of other user's.

3/ Click Save button

4/ Receive error "The email address {{0}} must be unique."


The emai address was used for a Plaetue Talent Gateway User.

A plateau talent gateway user should have unique email address and therefore his email cannot be used in other's record again.


Check if the affected email address is used for a user whose Plateau Talent Gateway Access is set to YES.

Setting Plateau Talent Gateway Access to NO should fix the error.
