In some instances admin may receive an e-mail every day that the mail to John Smith (John.Smith@company.com) can't be delivered to sender.
This KB article will outline how we can disable this e-mail address in the LMS system.

- To remove this e-mail address from the system, admin should navigate to System Admin > Configuration > CONNECTORS
- Search for following configuration: connector.report.email.toAddresses=John.Smith@company.com
- Simply remove the e-mail address and click apply changes.
