Environment

  • SuccessFactors Employee Profile
  • SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

This is caused by a misconfiguration in the process that the Scorecard is using as Rating Source. If the “Show/Hide” checkbox is disabled for the process in the “Processes and Forms” admin page, the Job Requisitions will display in the Performance History portlet.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, you will need to (1) verify what process is being used by the Scorecard as Rating Source and (2) enable the “Show/Hide” checkbox for this process in the “Processes and Forms” page. To complete this, you can follow the below steps:

(1) Verify what process is being used by the Scorecard as Rating Source:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Configure Employee Files.
  2. Scroll down to the “Rating Sources for Scorecards” and verify what process is selected:

  1. Go to Admin Center > Reporting > Processes and Forms.
  2. Identify the process that the Scorecard is using and enable the “Show/Hide” checkbox.

  1. Save changes.

After completing the above steps, you should no longer see Job Requisitions in the Performance History portlet.
