Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to the Job Listings tab
- Click on Take Action
- Click on Submit Existing Candidate
- You may see the following error message:
One of the reasons for this to be happening is that the backend settings of your instance are defining that the agency ownership of the candidate is just for each requisition. In order to be able to add existing candidates to other job requisitions you would need to change this setting so the agency ownership of the candidate would be for Duration. Please raise a support incident on the Support Portal if you want this setting to be changed for your company.
After making this change you can set within "Admin Center -> Set Up Agency Access" the "Candidate ownership:" field with the amount of time that the agency will own the candidate and be able to add him to other requisitions. Also, if you check the "Reset ownership clock with newest submission" checkbox this amount of time will start counting again each time you add an existing candidate to another requisition.
