Symptom

  • Why is the display of "My Team Tile View" not same for all managers?
  • The search icon on My team tile is not showing anymore

Resolution

Introduction:

The My Team tile gives a manager a team view of their direct reports, matrix reports and TBH employees. Each person can be drilled into to view their local time, records, add a badge, new note, nudge or view overdue items.

This tile will automatically show up for all managers in the system.

My Team Tile View:

The My Team tile is available in medium and large mode.

Medium Mode: The medium mode of the My Team tile will display the # of active team members and # of total issues that need resolution.

Large Mode/Default View: The default view of the large tile will display all direct reports, matrix reports and roles that are “to be hired”.

For Managers who have less than 50 Direct and Matrix reports: Each hired direct report and matrix reports will display a picture and the # of issues associated to that person.  An issue can be defined as anything that requires attention (i.e review form overdue, new application etc).

NOTE: The Search field in My Team Tile will only appear if the Manager has more than 20 direct reports.

For Managers who have more than 50 Direct and Matrix Reports, My Team Tile will be displayed in a List view. The content will be the same as described above. (Pic, Name, Issues).

Upon clicking on an active report, you will be able to view additional information and take action on items. Clicking on the action icon will allow you to access all links you have permission to access via Employee Files. (It will be the same list).

Add a Badge: Clicking on Add Badge will allow the manager to give their report a badge.

Clicking on “Add Note” will allow the manager write a note about that employee. They can set the visibility options within.

Clicking “Nudge” will allow the manager to send a reminder email regarding this persons overdue tasks.

NOTE: this tile will always display the latest PM form (per launch date), e.g. you launched a PM form on 03-03-2017 and you launched another form on 05-04-2017 - it will show the form with the latest form that was launched on 05-04-2017 - you can't display more than one form
