This article explains the new feature (b1511) for Rx (Recruiting Execution) customers for their Recruiting Management (RCM) Job Redirect to Recruiting Marketing (RMK) emails.
For customers that have RMK job redirect enabled, emails delivered from RCM that contain job links will now land candidates on RMK job detail pages. These emails include the following: Invite to Apply, Agency, Employee Referral, RCM Job Alerts, and Send Jobs to Friend.
RMK tracking has also been added to these sources and they can now be reporting on using The Recruiting Dashboard, Marketing Central, and Advanced Analytics.
Before: we can use redirect for the job search and thank you page, to send the candidates back to RMK. For other places/links, candidates were directed to the RCM job detail (by passing RMK) and were not tracked.
After: we will be able to redirect all the emails that are distributed in RCM, with the links for the jobs in RMK. Example: in the past, invite to apply or agency emails have links for RCM, and now they will have links to go to RMK, so they can complete all the tracks. Candidates go through the normal RX apply workflow and are properly tracked.
So now, the customers will be able to see the visit, apply, etc. tracking, even when the emails are coming from RCM.
- This is a universal change. Any customer that already have the redirect configured, will have it;
- If you would like to have that, please open a support incident request to have the redirect URLs configured;
- There is no costs involved.
