You observe error messages like the below in Boomi Process logs.
INFOConnectorCON EC Employee Data v1.0: successfactorsmaster-Q2Q93V-SFSF-priv_prod Connector; 1408 OP CREATE Employee Data Replication Notification[EXECUTE-UPSERT] 26 failed.
Create Confirmation in EC (OData) CON EC Employee Data v1.0 2: successfactorsmaster-Q2Q93V-SFSF-priv_prod Connector; 1311 OP UPSERT EmployeeDataReplicationConfirmation [EXECUTE-UPSERT] 17 failed.
This error is visible in the process logs of Packaged Integration: EC to EC Payroll - Employee Replication or Packaged Integration: EC Payroll to EC - Employee Confirmation Process.
Additional details of the error are not known and therefore we would like to know more details on what is causing this error
Reproducing the Issue
These errors could be caused due to various reasons like
1) Configuration errors in EC
2) Connectivity errors while communicating to EC
3) Server related errors when the process is running.
To get to the details of the error, Please set in the Boomi processing parameters, the flag for the test mode and execute the process with this flag turned on.
This enables better logging in boomi and the process log captures additional failure details of the replication.
The name of the parameter is ECERP_LOG_CURRENT_DATA
Please set "X" to the parameter "ECERP_LOG_CURRENT_DATA"
Please Note -
This is only for Test Mode with few employees: Set this parameter to X if you want to see the transferred data in the application log.
Remove the parameter once the purpose is fulfilled.
After executing the process with this flag, We could observe more details of the error in process logs -

This indicates that this issue has occurred due to an HTTP 404 error which is due to a connection issue.
