While trying to "Ask for feedback" from a user TWICE and via email, receiving error message that says 'A system error has occurred. Please try again later or contact your administrator'.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to the instance
2. Navigate to Performance Tab -> Team Overview
3. Select user to "Ask for Feedback" for the 2nd time to the same user
4. Click on "Send Email"
5. Sytem throwing error message as "A system error has occurred. Please try again later or contact your administrator"
It is expected behavior, we cannot "Ask for Feedback" twice to the same user.
We cannot send a feedback request to the same user twice. This has been confirmed as an Enhancenment Request.
If customers are reporting about this issue, inform them to raise an Enhancement request.
