Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM > Onboarding > Settings > Mail Queue
  2. Find the affected notification and email is sent to a dummy or specific address 

Cause

Mail Redirect feature is enabled and set to a dummy or specific email address

Resolution
