You will receive an error when you navigate to your custom created tab in any screen : No Comm. Arrangement Exists for Comm. Scenario XXX(YXYZ) and Business Partner.
Where XXX is the communication scenario name and YXYZ is the solution name.
You observe that this issue happens after the creation of the patch for the original solution.

Reproducing the Issue
For example if the issue is happening for Accounts then the below are steps to reproduce:
- Go to Customers work center.
- Go to Accounts View.
- Open any account.
- Select the custom created tab.
Now the error appears in the bottom of the screen.
This is the expected system behavior.
Whenever you create a new patch for a solution for the first time, you should create a New Communication Arrangement for the communication scenario for the patch. For subsequent patches, new communication arrangement creation is not required.
Once you create a patch you will be able to see your communication scenario name as Patch. Create communication arrangement for this and the issue will be resolved.
