When sorting the form or Executive review based on the values on the merit field the system is displaying users that have a merit of 0 and with the percentage field for Merit greyed out.
This is the expected behaviour when Merit is calculated based on the Current Salary and the Salary for some users is not introduced in the system.
The system sorts Merit by the percentage field from High to Low, and has a special logic for percent values with 0 base. These values are considered to have the highest percent.
It will be necessary to include a salary for all users to see a consistent structure when sorting, otherwise the system will continue considering these values as the highest percentages.
