The customer can attempt to delete and edit the Employee History information using the Import Extended User Information > Background Information functionality and that can provoke errors.
Reproducing the Issue
The system can show an email notification with an exception: “Not able to call the EJB to import the data.”
This is NOT the correct process to Import and Edit the Employee History records.
All Employee History data correction or deletion needs to be done in the Compensation Home > Edit Employee History.
