2246907 - SAP Jam: Email Notifications Not Being Received by Users


User has reported not receiving email notifications from SAP Jam. Notification Settings for the specific SAP Jam Groups appear to be correct.


Pre-requisite: You will need to be a Company Admin/SAP Jam Admin to carry out these steps.

Step 1: Log into SAP Jam.

Step 2: Select Admin Settings. This can be done by clicking on the Cog Wheel icon in SAP Jam.

Step 3: Click on the Security tab at the next screen.

Step 4: Ensure the option "Allow Jam to send members content via email" is enabled.
