- "Test Instance" is not linked to my S-User anymore (I guess due to the Early Release Test Migration).

Create an incident in SAP Support Portal (a.k.a. launchpad) and specify the Sub-Product as "SAP Support Portal" itself.
This can be done by a Cloud Administrator or the users themselves.
In the incident please state clearly, which S-User is affecting the problem and what instance is missing from the list. If possible, please provide specific "instanceID".
