2243773 - Troubleshooting Rating Inconsistencies: Performance/Potential/Competency/Objective portlets

Ratings are displaying differently between the Matrix Grid Report, Employee Profile and the Succession Org Chart. This Article descibres how to troubleshoot the Performance/Potential/Competency/Objective portlets.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

These portlets automatically display all available trend information inside the instance. They do not respect the Process and the Date Range defined by the Scorecard, and instead display every rating that it finds inside the system. It is very unlikely that the inconsistency is located inside this portlets as they will show all ratings and do not have any available configuration for them.

Important: Live Profile Calibration sessions are included by default if the Calibration template is set to “Use in Talent Profile”. PM Calibrations will calibrate the actual PM rating, so it will be included as long as the PM template is included in the process. If the Calibration sessions do not include that, they will not be displayed in these portlets.
