When you open an Account there is no facet to access Installation Points unlike Registered Products and Installed Base.
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Customers Work Center
- Choose Accounts View
- Open any Account ABC.
Installation Points which are relevant for the Account are not accessible.
This is current expected system behavior. There is no pane or section to display the Installation points in Accounts.
Work around to access Installation Points of a customer:
- Go to Installed Base Work Center.
- Go to the Installation Points view.
- Click on Show Advanced Filter.
- In the Advanced Search screen, under the Customer Data section choose a Customer for whom you want to display the Installation Points.
- Click Go.
