2241593 - Emails in AWAITING status - Onboarding

Symptom

 

  • NEWHIRES not receiving Welcome email
  • Mail sitting in AWAITING Status : Setting > Mailqueue

 

Environment

  • Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • In Onboarding go to Settings > Mail Queue
  • Place a check mark in "Awaiting Status"
  • Click "Apply Filter"
  • If any mail is in awaiting status it will be displayed.

Resolution

RESOLUTION

  • If mail has been in AWAITING status for more than 30 minutes:
  • Create a ticket in the SAP Support Portal for investigation
  • Provide the following:
    • Onboarding Company ID
    • Site URL
    • DataCenter
