- NEWHIRES not receiving Welcome email
- Mail sitting in AWAITING Status : Setting > Mailqueue
Reproducing the Issue
- In Onboarding go to Settings > Mail Queue
- Place a check mark in "Awaiting Status"
- Click "Apply Filter"
- If any mail is in awaiting status it will be displayed.
- If mail has been in AWAITING status for more than 30 minutes:
- Create a ticket in the SAP Support Portal for investigation
- Provide the following:
- Onboarding Company ID
- Site URL
