2240193 - User is not Able to Access Analytics - Password Reset - Workforce Analytics

Symptom

  • Analytics users are unable to access WFA instance due to password expiration or invalid attempts.
  • User is not able to access the preview site on WFA.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics

Cause

Security blocks users who do not input password correctly after 3 attempts. If incorrect password is submitted more than 3 times, the user will be locked out and will require a password reset to access.

Resolution

User with Admin permissions can reset customer password.

  1. Admin
  2. User Maintenance
  3. Select User
  4. Reset Password

Preview and Production instances will use the same password. Password resets should be competed in Preview instance.
