In the Team Overview, under "Ask For Feedback" functionality, you receive the following error message: "Ask for Feedback email has not been configured. Please contact system administrator."
This may be happening because you do not have the "Request Feedback Notification" enabled on your instance.
In order to enable this email notification, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to > Admin Center
2. On Performance Management, open the option ‘E-mail Notification Templates Settings’
3. Search for the option ‘Request Feedback Notification’
4. Select the checkbox next to this option
5. Click ‘Save Notification Settings’
Please note that this will apply immediately to all live Forms.
