1) Users are not able to remove raters after the 360 template is modified
Reproducing the Issue
1) Manage Templates => Select Template
2) Edit Fields and Sections
3) Select Rater Help => Update any text field => save
4) After you save the changes to the text field the Rater Category Section is reverted back to Default. If your process is owned by the employee and and they can modify raters this can be an issue. We were able to configure the templates back to the original setting, but this means that every time we update the text in “360 Rater List” we have to update the raters section.
Reported to Engineering and tentatively scheduled to be fixed with the 3/4/2016 update
