In the RMK Dashboard, the map report does not show where the members are located on the map, but instead says "Unmappable" members.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Login to RMK Dashboard
2. Go to Members > Map and there are no results on the map, only information that members are unmapped
This issue is caused by the fact that in RMK settings the "capture public user IP" option is turned off. Because the geographic positions are captured based on the users' IP addresses, this information is not retrieved as RMK is not receiving IP address information.
Currently, RMK does not disable access to the map in the Dashboard even for sites that are not configured to capture users' IP addresses.
If it is desired that the access to the map is disabled when the site is configured to not capture IP data, an enhancement request can be filled.
