2233947 - Error Message When Trying to Send a Sales Quote Via E-Mail: E-mail Address is Invalid: Not Listed in Allowed Email Domain.

It is not possible to send a sales quote to an e-mail address due to the following error:

E-mail address is invalid: Not listed in allowed email domain. 

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
3. Open any sales quote.
4. Click on the Actions button.
5. Choose the option Edit Output Settings.
6. Click the Add Row button in the section E-Mail Settings.
7. Enter the e-mail address you wish to send the sales quote to.
8. Click the Apply button.
9. Click the Actions button.
10. Choose the option Submit.

 The error message "E-mail address is invalid: Not listed in allowed email domain." occurs.

This is the expected system behaviour. The domain is not listed as allowed e-mail domain.

Add the domain to the list following these steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the Overview view.
3. Search for the configuration element E-Mail and Fax Settings and open it.
4. Click on the hyperlink E-Mail and Fax Settings.
5. Click the Add button in Allowed Sender E-Mail Domains.
6. Enter the domain you want to add.
7. Click the Save and Close button.

The sales quote can now be sent via e-mail to any e-mail address with this domain.
