The External to Internal Candidate Profile conversion is set up in Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Settings and a scheduled job is set up in the back-end, but the conversion doesn't take place due to failing scheduled job
The most common root cause for the failing scheduled job for the External to Internal Candidate Profile Conversion is missing notification in Admin Center > E-Mail Notification Templates Settings.
1. Please verify, if you have an active template set up in Admin Tools > E-Mail Notification Templates Settings for the following notification type:

2. Enable the template and set up the notification.
