2223899 - User account locked on first incorrect attempt when connecting Lumira to BW

Symptom

  • Connecting to a BW system using the "Download from SAP Business Warehouse" connection.
  • When a user enters an incorrect password, the user is locked out on first attempt.
  • This is the case even if the BW system's policy is to lock the user out after three attempts.

Environment

  • Lumira Desktop 1.28

Reproducing the Issue

  • Create a new document in Lumira Desktop 1.28.
  • Select Download from SAP Business Warehouse.
  • Enter user name and an incorrect password.

Resolution

  • This issue is corrected in SAP Lumira Desktop 1.28.4.
