Email address for a user is incorrect. User cannot receive report distributor reports via email.
The email address cannot be changed in User Maintenance once the ORD user has been created.
There are two ways to achieve it:
1. Delete the ORD user, change the user's email address in their BizX user data, then have the user access Analytics again to automatically create a new ORD account with the correct address. (The ORD user's role may then need to be changed from the default.)
2. Perform a bulk user load to overwrite the ORD user details. See KBA 2103416.
