2218764 - what is required while creating a support incident for Integration Center

Symptom

This KBA explains what information does SAP Cloud support team expect in the incident created for Integratrion center issue for troubleshooting it.

Note :- Before creating any incidents on the permission issues of Integration center or how to enable integration center please look into the KBA 2209164

Triaging on Integration Center:

When there is an error on UI for example: when we click on field configuration tab there was an error or while setting up the integration it threw an error.

so, while creating a support incident we would need the following information in the incident:

1) Always attach the Integration File to the incident (It is an ICD file) click on the save button on the botton left corner and then choose export integration definition

2) If there is an error faced in the UI, based on the browser used please capture the javascript console logs, how to do that? 

    a) If you are using chrome then press ctrl+shift+j, it will open the javascript console and these logs are very useful to triage the issue in the UI

    b) If you are using Internet Explorer please press F12 and then reproduce the issue this will capture the logs which are useful.

3) We would need the integration specification file, this can be exported as follows
