I have manually updated the prices at an Item Level (Related Section->Mores->Pricing).
Also in the Chargeback tab I selected Non 'No Charge' option such as 'Charge to Buyer's Specified Account Code'. However, the users are still not able to see the changed prices in catalog search.
Could you investigate the reason for that? Thanks!

Reproducing the Issue
Take an Item for example:
1) At Item Level go to Related Section->Mores->Chargeback Tab
Make sure you select Non 'No Charge' option in the 'Update the Purchasing Option for the Item' section such as 'Charge to Buyer's Specified Account Code' (this is the working logic, we need a chargeback purchasing option when the Item has a price), hit 'Apply Changes'.
2) Go to Related Section->Mores->Pricing Tab, manually change the Price and Hit 'Apply Changes'.
When you applied the price changes at Item Level (Related More->Pricing Tab), you didn't select to publish the changes to related catalogs.
Kindly follow the steps in the Resolution Section.
Step 0: Go to the Pricing Tab

Step 2: Define the Items you want to change the prices
Define New Price for Items or SOs
Note: If you want to publish the changes to catalogues, you MUST check below checkbox
Step4: Select the catalogues you want to publish the price changes to
Step 5: Finalize and Confirm
