2207663 - Job posted on ATS not appearing in RMK - Posting Notes

Symptom

Job is live in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) but is not in RMK. 

NB : This solution is valid only for customers using Job Collection/Kapow. This does not affect customers using Real Time Job Sync or Odata Api Job collection where Posting Notes are not required.

Resolution

In order to the jobs be collected from ATS to RMK using Job Collection/Kapow process, one of the pre-requisites is the Posting Notes (Segments) which can be found in the External Job Desc Footer.

All the jobs should have Posting Notes information so the RMK side will be able to collect the jobs based on it.

However, all jobs should have the same number of Segments in the Posting Notes. The number of segments is configured at the implementation stage. If a modification is made in the requisition description, so if the configuration is for a certain number of segments, and some jobs have a different number, the system will not be able to collect these jobs.

PS: Please ensure that the job is posted and live externally in ATS.
