Automatic Send on Due date did not occur for some 360 forms
Reproducing the Issue
- Admin tools-->360 Reviews-->Manage Route maps
- <select routemap>-->edit route step
- Select 'Automatic send on due date'
There may be some invalid participants (purged, inactive, etc), which caused the auto-routing failure
Open and save the form manually which eliminates the invalid participants. The automatic job can then route this form.
