Employee name shows in difference format in expense report. Some shows in format of Last Name First Name, while other shows in format of First Name Last Name.
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Travel and Expense work center and Expense Reports view, employee name of some expense reports shows in format of Last Name First Name, while other shows in format of First Name Last Name.
The formatting of the name is different for the employees because the Country for Name Format differs.
You can update the setting of Country for Name Format for each employee with following steps:
- Go to work center Business Partner Data and view Business Partners.
- Select the business parnter and select Edit then General.
- Select Additional Name Fields and maintain Country for Name Format.
