User is unable to locate Shipments View under Outbound Logistics Work Center
Reproducing the Issue
- Go To Outbound Logistics Work Center
- The Shipments View is missing
Shipments View is not assigned to the user in the Work Center and View Assignment under Application and User Management Work Center.
Please follow the steps below to assign the Shipments View, which will resolve the issue.
- Go To Application and User Management Work Center
- Go To Business Users subview under User and Access Management View
- Search for the User
- Select the User and click on Edit -> Access Rights
- Go To Work Center and View Assignment Tab
- Search for SCM_SHIPMENTS View
- Check the box under Assigned Column
- Save the transaction
