How to add two new users in BCP to company support account so they can submit incidents?
SAP Support Portal (BCP Customer Support System)
The new SAP Support Portal does not allow support engineers to add a new user as an admin for the company to report new incidents. This task needs to be completed by the customers themselves. Please find the attached URL of the support portal which explains the process:
