Customer has created Questionnaire Survey with 5-level rating scale but when they preview Questionnaire Survey, they observe one more radio-button to choose "N/A".
Customer don't want to use it and wanted to check if there is a way it can be turned-off,
We can not remove nor reorganize "N/A" option within the survey ratings. This option is present as default option because when learner select N/A, it allows that questions to be escaped while calculating average of the survey result. It helps not to reduce the average calculation due to a question which is not applicable for the learner.
This is as per the default functionality of the application.
