2184864 - "Unable to connect to <server name>" when connecting to Hana in Lumira Desktop

Symptom

When attempting to connect to Hana to add a dataset, you get the error "Unable to connect to <server name>"

If you look in the log files (default location is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi\logs), you see the error:

Cause

This issue can occur if the user account in Hana is a restricted user.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, connect to Hana with an account that is not a restricted user.
