2180529 - Change SuccessFactors Login URL

How to change SuccessFactors login URL (example https://performancemanagerX.successfactors.com/login?) to a customer url, like "xyzcompany.com" for company xyz.

To fulfill an internal company requirement, customer may want to change the SuccessFactors hosted login URL for their respective company.

SuccessFactors does not support custom URL/subdomain, configuration changes on Web server facilities or DNS server facilities.

As an alternative, to meet this specific requirement, you can are requested to coordinate with your IT department and discuss if the requirement can be fulfilled through configurational changes in DNS server.

Using DNS entries, a URL can be redirected to other URL.

Example - If an user types abcd.com and hit enter, DNS entries will redirect them as per the configuration, i.e. if abcd.com is mapped to xyz.com, the user will be automatically taken to xyz.com.
