You are not able to add visits to the route after generating the previously added visits, as the Add and Add on Next Day buttons are greyed out.
Reproducing the Issue
You have already created a route and added visits to it.
- Go to the Visits work center.
- Selects the Routes view.
- Search and open Route ABC (ABC represents the name of the route).
- Click the Actions button and choose the Generate Visits option.
- You noticed that the Add and Add on Next Day buttons are greyed out.
No visits can be added to the route after the generation of the previous added visits, because there is a background job that runs every eight minutes to generate visits.
This is the current expected standard system behaviour.
