2173149 - The copied panel is not appearing in the correct flow

Background: Client created 3 custom process in onboarding. They wanted the E_Password panel in all the 3 custom process. The standard E_Password panel was made available by updating the code. The E_Password panel was available in the 3 custom process

The E_Password panel was in the bottom of the panel list. The client want the panel to be the 3rd panel.

The panel order is not correct

We can rearrange the panels in a way we want them to be displayed.

1. Choose the process (For Example : Onboarding)
2. Choose the Step and click on the panel
3. In the right hand side, click on the Order button in the top
4. Drag and drop the panels and re-order the panels
5. Click the update button
