2172442 - Which Portlets are Controlled by the Scorecard Process and Date Range?

Which portlets in Employee Profile will filter data according to the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard in Admin Center > Configure People Profile > General Settings?

• SAP SuccessFactors People Profile
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
• SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

Some portlets in the Employee Profile follow the Scorecard Process and Date Range, meaning the data to be displayed in them will be filtered according to what was configured in the Scorecard

These portlets are:

• Performance History portlet
• Objective Rating portlet
• Overview portlet
• Competency portlet
• Competency Behavior Breakdown portlet

You can view and edit which process is set as scorecard process under Admin Center > Configure People Profile > General Settings.

To see which forms are included in a specific Process, and also add/remove forms on it, you can go to Admin Center > Processes and Forms.

For other portlets, such as sysOverallPerformance and sysOverallPotential, the system will display all data available (from all sources - Performance forms, Import, Calibration, etc.), regardless of the Process and Date Range defined for the Scorecard
