Customer wants the settings for Languages (Primary & Secondary) and Currency to remain the same within the Catalog search after being changed once manually by a user.
Customer expects that the settings within the catalog search to remain the same as those settings within Options & Settings.
The language is changed in BizX, however when searching for an item in the Catalog, it is showing in wrong language.

Reproducing the Issue
- User perspective: User changed the catalog search settings for primary and secondary language.
- User changed the language within Options & Settings. However the language is not being displayed within the catalog search. There are still the settings made in step 1.
System is working as expected.
If the user is new and they haven't changed the Primary/Secondary and Currency values for the Catalog search, then these values are taken from the preferences set within Option and Settings. But once a user changes the Primary/Secondary/Currency within the catalog search, the values are no longer taken from within Option and Settings.
Once the user modifies the settings of the Primary/Secondary and Currency within the catalog search, those settings within Option and Settings are no longer considered to be the default settings. As the user has manually updated the Catalog settings these new updated values are now taken as the default settings for Primary/Secondary and Currency.
