There appears to be a field for every item property within the Item Data (CSV) report except for item custom columns, how can I look those up?

Item custom column information is stored in the Item Data (CSV) report within two separate fields:
- Custom Field Label
As the field names might suggest, the first field, "Custom Field Label", contains the label name of the custom column it references. Whereas the second field, "Value", contains the custom column value of its associated (by row) "Custom Field Label" custom column.
Understandably this may sound confusing, so we've provided an example below. The first row, "Header Row", are the header field names within the Item Data (CSV) report, and the next two rows contain sample data within the report, focusing only on the primary-key, "Item ID", and the two report fields that correspond to custom columns:
Header Row: Item ID , ... , Custom Field Label, Value , ...
Data Row#1: Course001 , ... , Course Owner , Frank , ...
Data Row#2: Course001 , ... , Lunch Required , Yes , ...
As you can see here within Data Row#1, Item ID: "Course001" has a custom column named "Course Owner" with value "Frank". If there are multiple custom columns, the report will simply print duplicate rows within the output with different "Custom Field Label" and "Value" field values for each as shown in Data Row#2 with "Lunch Required" and "Yes".
This explanation on how to check custom column information isn't necessary for the HTML or PDF report types for the Item Data report since all of the fields (including the custom columns) are displayed on their own row within an item detail "section".
