Employee works for X hours per month, but the Full Time Equivalent for employee shows wrong value.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Personnel Administration work center
- Select Employees view
- Search for Employee ID
- Select Edit.
- Go to tab Employment
- In Clauses section, select the line with Agreed Working Hours Y
- Full Time Equivalent value on this is '1'. Customer expectation is Z
The Full Time Equivalent calculations for an Employee is currently implemented in a such a way that, whenever it is not given in weeks, the value is set to '1'.
When Agreed Working Hours are given in weeks, then a proper Full Time Equivalent is calculated. Otherwise, when it is not in weeks, value is set to '1'.
If Full Time Equivalent should work for Month or a manual maintaining should be made possible, then it is considered to be a new requirement which may be available in future releases.
