Sometimes user reports issues where they get duplicate records in LIST View reports where these duplicate values come from Live Profile/Succession.
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to instance with Support USERNAME
- Navigate to Home -> Analytics -> Reporting -> Report Center -> List View Report -> Click on update to see the latest report.
In the report you will see duplicate records.
This happens when Live profile/Succession Data have been choosen while creating Process and that Process is being used for affected List View Report.
- Go to Admin Tools-> Reporting-> Process and Forms
- Choose the process which has been used in Dashboard/List View Report
- Edit the Process and remove all the Succession data from Process and Save it.
