2162837 - Remove recurring report jobs created by an admin

How to delete recurring report job(s) created by an Admin that no longer has access to the LMS or has left without disabling the report(s

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  1. An Admin created some Recurring (scheduled) Report Jobs
  2. That Admin no longer has access to LMS (such as they left the company, changed projects, no longer an administrator, etc)
  3. Existing Admins are not able to access the original Admin's Jobs
  4. The Jobs cannot be deleted or modified by other LMS Admins

A workaround to this behavior, an option is to unlock and reset the password for that admin account:

  1. Navigate to System Admin > Application Admin > Admin Management > Search for that admin account
  2. Click on the Edit pencil button. Then make sure
    1. Uncheck the ‘Locked’ check box
    2. Enter a new password for their account
    3. Hit ‘Apply Changes’ button
    4. Note: You may want to follow above steps to relock the admin account if you want to keep it locked
  3. Now logon as the admin user and delete those recurring reports jobs from the 'Report Jobs' Tab.
